We handle clients in a variety of towns and cities and even help a bunch out remotely all over the world. We help out Home Users and Businesses and stop getting forced to sign up for monthly or yearly contracts.
It all can depends on the situation and the time needed for each case. We do charge $100/hour. With brand new computer setup, we spend about 2-3 hours installing the programs, windows updates, customize, and charge 1 hour of labor.
We give breaks to clients because we are not like an attorney firm that needs to hit the stop watch on every little detail. This is what sets us apart from the competition since we don’t mind giving some free advice. If you help people in the long run good karma will come back to you.
This is why we don’t really recommend you buy refurbished items, they might work, or might not, and it’s kind of like buying used underwear.

We are more advanced on PC and Server platforms in support. We do help setup macs to networks, install email solutions on ipad/phones/macs, install software to keep them protected, add backup solutions. We mostly focus on hardware and software problems in the PC and Laptop and Server environment.
If you have a desktop PC or MAC make sure you have a APC Battery Backup UPS, this will protect the desktop from power surges or spikes since a surge protector is kind of useless if you have either of those and can ruin and effect a hard drive.
We only service the software and other hardware that laptops can use. We do not repair or replace laptop screens. Be careful with some of the other companies who want to fix your defective laptop or screens. Average life in a computer is 2-5 years and also the big thing boils down to charging not working anymore, screen is broken and costs too much to replace, laptop overheats and should have been using a cooling pad.
Another things with hard drives when you look at new ones, make sure you get one with an SSD (Solid State Drive). This is a hard drive with no moving parts and will boot up your machine much faster.
